What Axiom is

Axiom is a personal reasoning environment being built by Axiom Intelligence, a small team preparing to incorporate in the State of Texas. In this document, “Axiom Intelligence,” “we,” or “us” refers to the operating team currently building and running Axiom; once incorporated as Axiom Intelligence, LLC, the entity name will be updated here.

Axiom lets you have conversations with AI models, save the durable parts of your reasoning as substrate, and return to those substrate items in future conversations.

Axiom is currently in a private preview. Access is invite- only. By creating an account you confirm you have been invited or otherwise authorized to use the platform.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for the activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, send a message and we’ll help you secure it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Axiom. The platform is designed for adults reasoning about their own lives, work, and decisions.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Axiom to harm yourself or others, to produce illegal content, to harass anyone, to attempt to extract content that would violate the underlying model providers’ policies (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), or to attempt to compromise the platform’s infrastructure.

Axiom is not a substitute for professional advice. The models can be wrong. Don’t rely on Axiom for medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions without consulting the relevant professional.

Your content stays yours

You own the content of your conversations and the substrate artifacts you save. We do not claim ownership of your reasoning.

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not train models on the contents of your conversations or substrate. The platform uses Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google models for inference; their respective privacy and retention policies apply to the requests we send them on your behalf.

Service availability

Axiom is provided on an “as is” basis during this preview period. We make a good-faith effort to keep the service running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any specific feature will continue to exist. Migrations, schema changes, and breaking improvements are expected during preview.

Termination

You can stop using Axiom at any time and request deletion of your account by sending a message. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users or to the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operating team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Axiom. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, which during the preview period is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Axiom evolves. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged in the platform itself before they take effect.
