In plain terms

Axiom is built so the contents of your reasoning stay yours. We don’t sell your data, show ads, or train models on what you write. This page explains, concretely, what data we do collect and what we do with it.

Axiom is being built by Axiom Intelligence, a small team preparing to incorporate. Questions go through the contact page.

What we collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and a password hash (we never see your password in plaintext — Supabase Auth handles password hashing).

Your conversations and substrate. The messages you send, the responses you receive, and the artifacts you save (principles, decisions, tensions, etc.) are stored in our database, scoped to your account by row-level security.

Contact messages. Anything you send through the contact page (your email address and the message body) is stored so we can read and reply.

Minimal operational data. Standard server logs (timestamps, IP address, user agent) for security monitoring and debugging. We don’t use analytics or tracking pixels.

Third-party processors

To deliver the service, Axiom sends data to the following providers:

  • Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Your account credentials and stored content live in Supabase’s managed Postgres instance.
  • Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google provide the AI models that generate responses. When you send a message, the message and a window of recent conversation context are sent to one or more of these providers for inference. Their respective enterprise data-retention policies apply to those requests.
  • Vercel hosts the Axiom application. Standard request logs may be available to Vercel as part of platform operations.

We choose providers whose retention defaults align with Axiom’s posture: model providers are configured to not retain content for training purposes where the option exists.

What we don't do

We don’t sell your personal data to anyone. We don’t share your conversations or substrate with third parties except the operational processors listed above. We don’t use your reasoning to train models. We don’t show ads. We don’t embed third-party analytics or tracking in the application.

Your controls

You can delete individual conversations, archive individual artifacts, archive entire spaces, or request deletion of your full account at any time through the contact page. Full account deletion removes your spaces, conversations, messages, artifacts, and grounding chips from the live database.

We retain backups for a limited period for disaster recovery; deleted content ages out of backups according to Supabase’s standard backup retention.

Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Database row-level security ensures that no user can read another user’s spaces, conversations, messages, or artifacts — the access control is enforced at the database layer, not just the application.

We will tell you if we ever learn of a breach affecting your account. We’ll do this without delay and with specific information about what was affected.

Children

Axiom is not directed to children under 18. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When Axiom’s data practices change we’ll update this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged in the platform itself before they take effect.
